Aniimo Mobile Rollout — iOS and Android in Late September
Published 2026-09-214 min read
Aniimo's iOS and Android versions arrive in late September 2026, completing the PC and console launch. Here are the dates, regional storefront differences and what mobile players get.

Aniimo's mobile versions are rolling out in late September 2026, completing the game's five-platform launch. PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S went live on September 16; the iOS and Android builds follow with slightly different dates per storefront and region — early platform listings ranged between September 23 and September 30 depending on the store.
What mobile players get
The mobile builds are the same shared-world game, not a companion app:
- Full cross-platform progression — one account across PC, console and mobile
- Shared multiplayer instances — mobile players populate the same world as PC and console
- The complete launch content set: 16 regions, the creature roster, Link & Merge, Egg Grab Battle and the launch celebration events
Visuals and controls are scaled for touch, with controller support where the platform allows.
Why the dates varied
During the rollout window, storefront listings showed different dates — PC and console storefronts marked "coming soon" style entries while the iOS App Store listing showed a later September date. Platform-by-platform certification is the usual culprit; the developer's guidance throughout has been simply "late September." We will update this page with confirmed per-region dates as storefronts flip live.
What it means for everyone else
The mobile rollout matters even if you never touch a phone:
- Your friend list expands. Weather-form hunting — the friend-world trick — gets easier when part of your guild is always online from a pocket.
- World population climbs. Shared instances get livelier in every region's peak hours.
- One account, all surfaces. Capture on PC in the morning, run Egg Grab Battle from a phone at lunch — progress, roster and inventory follow.
If you are starting on mobile
Everything on this wiki applies — the mechanics are identical across platforms. Mid-range phones should expect scaled settings; the game's brightness-forward art style survives compromise better than most (the PC requirements page explains which settings matter for spawn-spotting).
