Aniimo's launch is riding one of the biggest pre-registration campaigns of the year — more than 39.9 million sign-ups were on the board before the servers even opened, unlocking every milestone reward along the way. That makes launch week unusually generous for new players: a pile of currency, capture items, cosmetics and even free rare creatures can be claimed just by playing through the opening days.

The headline gifts

Choose one free Iridescent Aniimo

Advance your adventurer rank to Junior Adventurer and the game lets you choose one rare Iridescent-form creature, free. This is the single most consequential freebie of launch — iridescent forms are normally rare overworld spawns, and one of the eligible picks (iridescent Glaciva) is a top-tier support that heals the whole team and amplifies damage by 15%.

Do not click through this choice blindly. The eligible pool maps almost one-to-one onto the community's recommended picks, so read the Training Program picks page first — the same reasoning applies here.

The mystery Shyott egg

Pre-registration on the official site awarded a mystery Shyott egg — the shy otter that serves as the game's unofficial mascot. On top of that, cumulative logins during the launch period grant a random sparkling-star Aniimo egg. Log in every day even if you have no time to play; the eggs are the kind of thing you cannot buy back later.

Capture items

Three capture-related items are being handed out through launch activities:

Login milestone rewards

The launch calendar stacks rewards across your first days of play, tied to story progress, home-base participation and daily check-ins:

• Limited outfit — "Chasing Light Meadow" set for your character
• Limited avatar frame
• Champion Cubes ×2
• Glimstone ×200 (core upgrade currency)
• Four full free outfit sets through launch events and sign-ins

The Research Handbook trinkets

Capturing and collecting creatures advances the Research Handbook, and specific handbook milestones award exclusive Aniimo-themed accessories — cosmetic trinkets for your character themed on the creatures you caught. It is the collection loop feeding the dress-up loop, and it costs nothing beyond playing naturally.

Why launch rewards matter beyond the freebies

Two of the launch gifts shape your account for weeks:

1. The chosen iridescent is a permanent roster cornerstone. Choosing correctly can anchor your first serious team composition.
2. The egg rewards kick-start the egg mechanics familiarity curve before you attempt Egg Grab Battle, where eggs become the core objective.

Both interact with the leveling economy — dex completions from new creatures are the biggest XP source in the early game, as documented in the fast leveling guide.

Claim-order checklist

1. Pre-register / link accounts (if you have not) and claim the mystery Shyott egg.
2. Play the opening story until Junior Adventurer unlocks, then pick your free Iridescent Aniimo — deliberately, not reflexively.
3. Claim capture items from the launch event panel before your first serious capture session.
4. Log in daily, even briefly — eggs, Glimstone and the outfit milestones are all calendar-gated.
5. Advance the Research Handbook passively by capturing every new form you see; the accessories stack up on their own.
